E-commerce startup UrbanClap has raised Rs. 63 crore from its existing investors SAW Partners and Accel India. A team from IndusLaw comprising Senior Associate Anindya Ghosh and Associate Varsha Hittinhalli advised SAIF and Accel.


UrbanClap was advised by Sahai & Co., through Founding Partner Saxryasachi K Sahai. UrbanClap had earlier raised 10 crore in seed funding from SAIF, Accel and the founders of Snapdeal.
