TinyOwl – the fastest & smartest way for food ordering in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune is a location-based food ordering service was available only in Mumbai until 2 months ago. It raised US$16 million in February to expand across India. Now it’s found a nest in four more cities.

The one-year-old startup is sponsoring Mumbai Indians, the richest cricket team in the hugely popular ongoing IPL tournament. This was aimed at increasing visibility across the country.



TinyOwl detects a user’s location and delivers orders from nearby restaurants as well as home-made food from local chefs. The rapid increase in smartphone usage is driving traction for such apps, which busy professionals in urban India find very useful.
