New Delhi-based company Zakoopi Infotech Pvt Ltd,  which runs offline apparel discovery platform Zakoopi, has raised $350,000 (Rs 2.3 crore) in seed funding from Uniqorn Ventures.

The platform helps users discover new places to shop offline across many local markets in Delhi. Users can check out more than 25 attributes for every store including photographs of products, GPS coordinates, product-wise pricing, customization details, fabrics, styles, etc. In addition, users may get reviews and ratings about each store through fellow user generated feedback.

The company will use the funds for expansion and beefing up its product and technology teams, it said in a statement.

“Zakoopi has developed an ideal solution to cater to the vast unorganised fashion sector,” said Shiraz Bugwadia, Managing Partner at Uniqorn Ventures.

Zakoopi cliams to have more than 100 markets in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. It also claims to have 1 lakh monthly users, growing at 10 per cent week-on-week basis.
