Mumbai based online realty portal Housing.co has appointed Mani Rangarajan as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to strengthen the upper layer of management. He is a well known face in the Silicon valley with around 20 years of experience. Mani will be responsible for driving company’s financial strategy and planning while also playing a key role on the senior management team.

Mani’s career footprint has extended to over 20 countries in the Americas, Europe, Middle-East, Asia an
d Africa and has held executive level roles in Citigroup, Yahoo! and with leading Silicon Valley startups including Boku, Kosmix and Media Boost. He has also been involved with several start-ups in India in an advisory role.
He holds an M.B.A from the Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, a PGDM from IIM Kolkota and is also a Cost & Works Accountant.
Housing.com in past few month has gone through top-level turmoil, with exit of CEO ahul Yadav in June, and appointing Rishabh Gupta as interim CEO and news of Housing planning to lay-off 600 employees.
Housing competes with MagicBricks, CommonFloor, 99acres and IndiaProperty are among major players. It acquired HomeBuy360, a cloud based Sales Lifecycle Management Platform that connects developers, agents and buyers for USD 2 million.
Last week, Housing.com announced the launch of its revolutionary branding product ‘BRAND FALCON’ for real estate developers.
