It is Festive Season and Paytm wants to make the maximum of this to drive traction towards its food category.
The well known mobile commerce platform announced an online food festival through its food category during the festive season. In order to make this event a success Paytm has tied up with online food ordering platforms like Zomato, Tiny Owl, Swiggy, Faasos and Holachef. Not just that they have also ooped in offline restaurants like Pizza Hut, Dominos, Costa Coffee and Vaango.
In a statement Kiran Vasireddy, senior Vice President Paytm said,
By offering widest variety of cuisine along with exceptional deals and discounts to our user base, our objective is to generate greater awareness and traction for food ordering in India.
Paytm, which claims an existing user base of more than 100 million, said the food festival will tap over 20,000 restaurants.
