Digital creative firm, Gozoop is in talks to acquire the UAE-based company 56 Blue Lights. 56 Blue Lights is an offline activation agency and syndicated content provider. This is being considered a strategic move as it will enable both firms to realise the synergies of online and offline marketing and provide an enhanced 360-degree marketing experience to their clients.
Dushyant Bhatia, co-founder and Director, Gozoop said,

Mumbai-based company was founded in 2010. It is a digital services and products company of 150+ digital intrapreneurs serving over 80+ brands. Its clientele includes Mumbai Indians, Dell, Ferrari, Asian Paints, Discovery Channel, Mad Over Donuts, ITC, Myntra, Lipton Ice Tea, and Tim Horton’s among others across India, Dubai, Singapore & New York.
This move could mark Gozoop’s third acquisition since the company’s inception. Gozoop acquired Indian digital media firm Red Digital in 2013 and iThink Infotech, a technology agency, in 2014. The potential acquisition will enable Gozoop to offer a more consolidated product portfolio – which will now include events, radio and television programming, and outdoor advertising.

56 Blue Lights was founded by Yamini Menon in 2013 and has been the name behind memorable content in the UAE such as the Cricket and Beyond ft. Sachin Tendulkar and Wasim Akram, Carrom Premier League, Nityodita Festival of Fine Arts and Musicians United.
