Founded in 2014 and based out of Gurgaon, Propchill is the brainchild of Col Sameer Kanwar and Monica Kanwar. Col. He specializes in Product development, strategic planning, project management and project implementation.Monica Kanwar is a graduate with expertise in programming languages. She has 15 years of professional experience which includes, mentoring, teaching and business administration. She handles data entry, data capture, data mining and analysis at PropChill. In addition to the two founders, the team consists of Manish Kumar, who is the Team Lead for web development. He has 5 years of experience in web development with expertise in Zend Framework, HTML, CSS, Dojo and Bootstrap. He is a B. Tech in Computer Applications. And, Ranjit Sinha who is the Team Lead for Real Estate Analytics – has 6 years of experience in real estate analysis.There are other members who work under the respective team leads. In addition there is a Content, SEO and Digital Marketing which is headed by Preeti.

It provides digital tools to carry out in-depth analysis of residential property across 5 independent pillars of Design, Specifications, Conveniences, Propinquity and Cost. Properties can be compared across all these pillars through graphs and matrices. Ratings have been carried out across all these verticals based on proprietary algorithms which take into consideration 100+ facets of the property. Property can be compared within a city or across cities. For a larger picture ‘insights’ has been developed which give out the ‘Liveability Index’ of various cities in India.
