He is Founder & Partner of Absolute Hospitality Services (AHS India), a company engaged in investment advisory and management of hospitality & tourism businesses. Dhruva conceptualised and delivered the product in consultation with Randhir and setup the technology team of Rockstays.
Dhruva has prior experience in Investment Banking and Equity Research (Kotak Institutional Equities) and Private Equity (Xander Advisors, $2 billion PE fund).
