Dubai-based Solstice Data has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) to invest ₹52,600 crore in an AI-driven high-performance computing (HPC) data centre campus at KINFRA Industrial Park, Mattannur, Kannur. The agreement, finalized on March 15, 2026, allocates 100 acres of land for the development of the company’s advanced data infrastructure facilities.

The MoU was formally exchanged in Thiruvananthapuram between Raj Babu Thulaseedharan, India Country Head of Solstice Data, and Santhosh Koshy Thomas, Managing Director of KINFRA. The signing ceremony took place on Saturday in the presence of Industries Minister P Rajeev and Director of Industries P Vishnuraj.
Under the agreement, 100 acres of land within the KINFRA Industrial Park at Mattannur will be allocated to Solstice Data to develop its advanced data infrastructure facilities, as per an official government statement and reporting by PTI.

The KINFRA Industrial Park in Mattannur spans a total of 175 acres, with 123 acres currently available for industrial use following infrastructure development.
